Samuel Cole Salon Readies Models for Southern Women’s Show Fashion Event

April 24, 2012 (RALEIGH, NC) – The annual Southern Women’s Show is an event where women can shop for beautiful jewelry and hip handbags, watch fabulous fashion shows, attend cooking demonstrations and sample gourmet foods, treat themselves to makeovers, and meet celebrity guests. As part of this event, One Chic Mama presented a fashion show entitled Redefine Beauty on Your Terms. Mary Michele Little, founder and CEO of One Chic Mama, Inc. and creator of I am Beautiful PROJECT wants women, no matter what they look like on the outside, to feel beautiful on the inside. Samuel Cole Salon stylists let their inner editorial hairdresser come alive as they styled hair for twelve of the models for the show. In addition, the stylists performed eight incredible hair makeovers.

Samuel Cole Salon Selected as Stylists for Revlon Spokes Model, Elaine Irwin at Redken Celebrity Golf Event in Raleigh

model Elaine IrwinOctober 10, 2011 (RALEIGH, NC) – Samuel Cole Salon stylists readied Revlon super model, Elaine Irwin for her appearance at Revlon’s Celebrity Golf Event at The North Ridge Country Club. Revlon teamed up with Rex Healthcare for the event. With Revlon’s support Rex plans to get a second mobile breast cancer screening unit on the road soon.

Irwin is the face of Almay Cosmetics, a division of Revlon. According Irwin’s rep, one of the most important aspects of these types of events is to make sure that the guest celebrity is pleased with their hair and makeup. To ensure this happened, Revlon placed its confidence in Samuel Cole Salon.

Celebrity Hairstylist Oribe Canales to Visit Samuel Cole Salon

Oribe CanalesRALEIGH, N.C. – June 21, 2010 – Samuel Cole Salon, an award-winning salon in Raleigh, will feature world-renowned celebrity hairstylist Oribe Canales on Monday, June 28. The visit will include afternoon demonstrations inspired by Oribe’s current work in the fashion and beauty editorial worlds exclusively with Samuel Cole stylists, followed by a reception for the salon’s staff and clients.

Oribe has been lauded as one of the world’s top hairstylists of all time. For more than 30 years, he has collaborated with fashion editors from Vogue, Elle and W; worked with makeup industry icons François Nars and Pat McGrath; and created runway looks for fashion designers including Gianni Versace and Karl Lagerfeld. All told, Oribe has contributed to just about every major magazine and worked on just about every major fashion show. In July, Jack and Joelle Ray, co-owners of the Samuel Cole Salon, will be part of Oribe’s exclusive team styling runway models for Giorgio Armani’s couture Armani Privé show in Paris, France.
