On May 14th, North Carolina Governor, Roy Cooper signed Executive Order 215. Within this order and in accordance with the new CDC guidelines, masks and social distancing will no longer be required in most places, including hair salons.
Additionally, the North Carolina Board of Cosmetic Arts has published that face coverings are no longer required for salon employees and salon clients.
Effective immediately, Samuel Cole Salon will no longer require employees or clients to wear a mask while in the salon. We will continue to provide masks for anyone that would be more comfortable wearing one during their visit.
Due to HIPAA laws, we are not able to ask clients or employees if they have been vaccinated. We ask that you please respect our staff and our clients privacy while you are in the salon and not ask anyone if they have been vaccinated.
We understand that this is a big change from how we have been operating over the past year and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have:
Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
Jack, Joelle and our entire Samuel Cole Salon family.
