Bumble and bumble’s flagship education center, Bumble and bumble University, is top in the industry. Their Bb.Cut Foundations class expands stylists’ knowledge of Cutting Theory, Advanced Consultation Skills, and Bumble and bumble products in addition to refining their razor cutting skills. Designers Heather Simpson and Breanna Shaffer attended this class to sharpen their eye and freshen their perspectives on the foundations of cutting.
Instructors Coco Santiago and James Ruiz demonstrated techniques and facilitated a hands-on workshop in which Heather + Breanna created a long layered haircut and a timeless classic, the bob haircut, on their models with individual feedback and guidance from the instructors. This class is instrumental in further mastering the art of razor cutting.
Bb.U allows us as stylists to elevate our craft in a setting that provides the freedom to expand our range of techniques with models who are looking for an artistic and drastic change to their hair. It was exhilarating!” – Stylist Heather Simpson
